Great service from Megan

I don’t usually go to branch, but this has changed my outlook. I was delighted to be served by Megan and Chantelle at the Middlesbrough Branch. I had a query about whether a transfer counted as a withdrawal and Megan was able to help me straighten her away. I will definitely be visiting Middlesbrough Branch again soon.
