Nice and quick. Polite and helpful staff. Answered all of the questions I needed to know. The BS could do with updating so they don’t need a savings book which other banks have out one with now. Reviewed on: 31st October 2019

I had an interview at Northallerton branch to decide what to reinvest a maturing ISA. The ISA matured on the 30/06/24 and the interview was for the 01/07/24 and we found that the money had not been transferred to another account so we could not access the money. Staff were excellent but they are let down by Darlington BS. Reviewed on: 5th July 2024
