I hadn’t used the online service for quite some time and didn’t realise I needed to re-register. The guy I spoke to was very helpful and talked me through everything whilst I was still on the line ensuring I had access before he was happy -very much appreciated, I expected it to be a lot more stressful than it was so am very happy my issue has been resolved, quickly and effectively Reviewed on: 11th May 2024
