I have been extremely impressed with the very professional, personal service I have received - since first visiting the branch, phoning with an enquiry and seeing Sandra today. Sandra was very helpful, explained everything carefully and I would recommend DBS to my family and friends. Reviewed on: 26th February 2024

Our appointment was made by an employee at your head office on the understanding that we would be able to transact the business we needed. Your local rep (Sandra) explained that this was not usually possible but used her knowledge to overcome this. Sandra was 5 star but Head Office was 1 star, hence my score.
