Assisted me in a correction of my error.

Maureen was excellent in helping, coming back to me, calling me back and remained calm when I was hysterical. I clicked the tick box to close the account and didn’t realise, I thought it was asking me to confirm I wanted a withdrawal but instead closed the account. I’m so grateful that as a company you were able to help and that Maureen was exceptional in assisting me.
