Helpful advisor, makes quite a change!

I've been with the DBS for years, as have my parents and i wanted to use the online access but wasn't able to do it, got a very helpful, patient advisor who talked me through registering on my phone whilst talking to me on said phone, who knew that was even possible! He was very patient, it was me that struggled and he said to ring back if i couldn't complete the registration. Reviewed on: 4th August 2023

An inclusive approach! :-)

As a disabled person I really appreciated the extremely helpful kind and patient support I received over the telephone today from Craig to change my address and to also set up my online account. I found that to have someone talk me through the process, step by step, and in an inclusive manner gave me confidence and also great satisfaction in being a customer of Darlington Building Society. Problem solved quickly

I had a Problem registering my account on line so I phoned the help line. I was dealt with by a lady called Vicky Wanless who solved my problem efficiently and very professionally. Vicky was pleasant and had a very calm nature. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2023

Customer service call

I needed some information regarding making withdrawals from my savings account so called DBS and spoke to Jeanette. I found her very helpful, she answered all my queries and told me about the new online banking facility which she talked me through how to set it up. I have always been impressed with DBS and would recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2023
