I wanted to open a trust account for my brother. Rang the head office first and an appointment was booked. Would have been better if the trust expert was present at the appointment booked at the branch. Brenda did very well but she hadn't finished training. Your staff and service is excellent! Brenda was in attendance when I returned to branch so it was efficient. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2023
