Amazing Customer Service

Arriving at the branch for our appointment we were met by a warm welcome and smiles. Tea was made to start our appointment, all paperwork was completed in a friendly and efficient way. Our questions were answered and if the staff couldn't answer a question they contacted another ptofessional whe could assist us. An excellent service. I cannot recall ever recieving a better service. The staff at this branch always go the extra mile. Staff also kept us updated by phone regarding the progress of the opening of the account as it was a complicated process due to the product we were choosing.. Reviewed on: 17th December 2022
