Too Much Red Tape

When I ring up to query that you hyave received a cheque to open a new account I do not expect to have to answer about 10 questions about me. A simple yes or no is all that was required. This is taking things too far. Reviewed on: 29th October 2022

Very quick to set-up new account

Dudley BS was offering an amazing 4.75% on a 1-yr bond. Luckily I applied very quickly, was accepted and the account was funded - all in next to no time. I know this account was pulled after only a couple of hours, so I feel very fortunate that I managed to open one. I had a query about funding the account and when I phoned them, they were extremely friendly and helpful.
