I contacted Dudley Building Society to open a new account by transferring funds from a maturing account. I found the advice provided by Becky on the main society number very helpful and efficient in advising me of the process to open a new regular savings account. Reviewed on: 21st May 2022

On the 3rd of May 2022 I went into the Dudley branch and was served by the cashier who's name is Brenda, I was there to transfer my niece's saving account into her sole name and was not sure of what to do, but Brenda talk us through the filling out of the form, she was so patient with us, such a lovely lady and is an asset to your Society J Miller Reviewed on: 3rd May 2022
