This week, Susan Morgan (Customer Services) very quickly posted the forms I had to complete, to get a large sum I urgently needed, and guided me in their completion when I ,phoned her. Staff are always pleasant and hae gone out of their way to solve requests, especially Kate and Carol, ramaining smiling throughout, with patience and undestranding , only a coffee would improve ( or rather "complete" ) the experience. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021
