Excellent Customer Service

I have been a customer of the Dudley Building Society for a number of years now. I find their customer service excellent. I recently contacted them by phone about an annual interest summary I needed for HMRC, and they were so helpful, and provided the details very promptly. They have recently launched an online service which looks really good too. Reviewed on: 12th February 2021

Great service / great interest rate

Myself and my wife opened a regular saver, via the post - the Dudley had a couple of questions for me and my wife, no problem they called us, sort out the queries immediately (I put my DoB as 2020 by mistake), we have since had great service from the Dudley team Reviewed on: 9th February 2021

Customer Service - Excellent like the good old days!

I had to speak to The Dudley Building Society a couple of times about opening an account for my Granddaughter. Everyone I spoke to was polite, professional and very helpful. They were open and honest with their responses and if they didn't know the answer to a question, they found it and called back within promised timescales.
