Myself and my wife opened a regular saver, via the post - the Dudley had a couple of questions for me and my wife, no problem they called us, sort out the queries immediately (I put my DoB as 2020 by mistake), we have since had great service from the Dudley team Reviewed on: 9th February 2021

Customer Service - Excellent like the good old days!

I had to speak to The Dudley Building Society a couple of times about opening an account for my Granddaughter. Everyone I spoke to was polite, professional and very helpful. They were open and honest with their responses and if they didn't know the answer to a question, they found it and called back within promised timescales. Wasting money

Recently registered online. Just received acknowledgement by post, not by email !! . A4 envelope, two A4 sheets of paper, two 2nd class stamps. What a waste of money. I AM NOW ON LINE. Your opening paragraph....' we understand that life is busy and time is preccious' , so why make staff pack envelopes and make me open them to read what could have been a simple email. Disappointed!
