I have been a loyal long-term Customer of the Dudley Building Society. In recent times, externally, I was Alerted to a new Regular Saving Product and, mistakenly, used an older On Line Application which, unbeknown to myself was out of date and redundant. I telephoned the Society and they kindly reminded myself an up-to-date Application Form was now available On Line, which I immediately completed, sent off and was helpfully confirmed to myself this afternoon that said Account had now been opened, Pass Book is on it's way and, at my request, with myself having passed the Society's protective Security Questions, kindly gave myself the Accounts full particulars to enable myself to undertake my Second Month's Faster Payment on the First of the Month, tomorrow. I needed to know interest paid in tax year19/20 and current interest rates on my accounts. Claire phoned following my email to DBS. Appropriate security checks were carried out and then Claire gave me all of the information I needed. Easy transaction

Under the present Covid circumstances was pleased with how promptly and speedily I was able to open a new account and transfer monies into it. All staff were pleasant and efficient and thanks to Claire who reassured me that the transaction had all transferred smoothly. Only one negative which I think the society should consider is the difficulty for working people to access facilities with the opening times at present .
