Easy transaction

Under the present Covid circumstances was pleased with how promptly and speedily I was able to open a new account and transfer monies into it. All staff were pleasant and efficient and thanks to Claire who reassured me that the transaction had all transferred smoothly. Only one negative which I think the society should consider is the difficulty for working people to access facilities with the opening times at present . There are other ways you can access the funds in your account and further details can be found on the Coronavirus support page on our website. We feel very fortunate that we have been able to stay open throughout the coronavirus pandemic and later this year, we are looking to launch an Online Services to make it easier to manage your finances at home.
