The assistants in your Dudley branch are always friendly and helpful, especially Meg, They do not "push" other services which in many cases can angry customers. If asked however help and information is always given. Maybe members could be offered an in person review of their savings account to ensure they are making the best out of their savings. Much better in person than phone or online. More room could in this document to make comments, complimentary or critical. The space given is not adequate. Reviewed on: 11th November 2020
