Reply from Dudley Building Society Hi, Thanks for your review. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by our branches closing at 1pm. There are other ways you can access the funds in your account and further details can be found on the Coronavirus support page on our website. We understand that not everyone will feel comfortable visiting our branches during the current opening times of 9am-1pm, and therefore we want to offer our vulnerable members the opportunity to make a private appointment with us once the branch has closed to the general public at 1pm. Appointments can be made for an essential service in all of our branches on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, between 1.30pm and 4pm. We feel very fortunate that we have been able to stay open throughout the coronavirus pandemic and later this year, we are looking to launch an Online Services to make it easier to manage your finances at home. By doing this, we hope that we can cater to all our member’s needs. Response date: 16th November 2020
