I went to the kingswinford branch and got served with the finest customer service from a polite young girl named Klaudia. She answered all my questions and gave me the best advice on my savings account. Would 100% recommend her to any other individual that needed savings advice. She made my experience with the Dudley building society a rating of 10/10 wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Reviewed on: 1st February 2019
