The staff are welcoming, polite and engaging when I come to see them about opening an account. Jane and Lisa were on the day I cam in. Jenny actually opened my account and was very good at explaining everything to me. Reviewed on: 31st July 2018

In relation to paper/ink wastage. The Terms & Conditions and new GDPR paperwork could be emailed to customers with a tick box at the end to confirm receipt and reading of the document. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2018
