We now live in a modern age.

I need to perform a simple task of updating my address details. In a world where we have numerous communication methods I would have thought we would have moved on from being told to write a letter, put a stamp on it and pop it in the post. Dudley Building Society offers local, friendly, high rate savings for me and my business. The staff I have dealt with are knowledgeable and professional but relaxed and approachable. No longer a good rate.

I have just received your letter moving me to 3.5%. No longer a good rate, especially as this account was once a Money Saving Expert recommended product. My banking app doesn’t like your use of one account number and individual roll numbers! Reviewed on: 7th March 2025
