I found opening an online account very easy through their user friendly website. Their customer service is excellent. Easy and quick to access with very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly advisors. Good easy access account.

I have an instant-access savings account with the Dudley BS which I operate online. I've had no problems with it and it gives a good rate of interest. I don't live in the area of the Dudley BS's branches, so I've no face-to-face experience. However, I had a query which I resolved by phone. The advisor was well-mannered and helpful.
