Good customer service. Disappointing intererst rate.

The 1 Year fixed interest rate was good but the interest rate options on maturity were disappointing, being far below the BoE rate. Customer Service was good and I especially appreciated being able to speak to a human being (as opposed to on online chatbot). Reviewed on: 7th February 2025

I found opening an online account very easy through their user friendly website. Their customer service is excellent. Easy and quick to access with very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly advisors. Competitive rates of interest too. An all round very good experience. Reviewed on: 6th February 2025
