Log Home Mortgage!

High street banks just did not want to know regarding building a low carbon sustainable home for my family. A mortgage i was pleased to pay to help others. Always helpful and returned my calls.

I had a buy to let mortgage which allowed me to build the first flats in London to use ground source heat pumps. I was the winner of a FMB Master Builder of the Year in 2005. I would not have received this award without the support of the Ecology Building Society. I support their work without reservation. Brilliant to deal with

I am customer who has a self build mortgage with Ecology. They are absolutely brilliant to deal with and made the process of self building my home easy from a funding perspective. I always get to speak to a knowledgeable human, they are always sensible & flexible in their approach. Covid didn’t seem to affect their service delivery. Always impressive, friendly, helpful. I’ve recommended them continuously to fellow self builders. They have proven that a UK based bank/building society can easily deliver a good service, something that most seem unable to do. Great self build mortgage

After trying no end of mortgage providers we heard about ecology. They were fantastic guided us all the way through the application and when the house was completed swapped us over to a standard mortgage. A refreshing change
