I have signed up to there monthly credit check forms. I think the forms are returned so that they are easy to read and understand. I have found that lately when I request a form it's taking quite a long time to come through. Sometimes I have to request it twice to get one. Reviewed on: 26th June 2016

Helped me when I needed them!

I was recently the victim of Identity Theft, and Experian quickly helped me sort out the mess through their Credit Expert service, which was completely free for the first month. Free trial hassle free

Better, free alternatives available

Experian is the industry standard and has been for along time, however both ClearScore and Noddle now offer essentially the same service but for free. I think it's time for Experian to reduce their monthly subscription cost or offer a free service with advertising or similar as their data is of good quality. Reviewed on: 21st June 2016

Identity theft prevention

After a family member was a victim of identity theft I thought it would be wise to check on my credit score. It's worth the money nowadays to check up on these things and stop it before it gets out of control. Reviewed on: 21st June 2016

They tell you your credit report accurately. I think they sell your details on though
