Close to impossible to cancel

I tried Experian to get my credit score and to hopefully improve it. No problems so far, but when I tried to cancel it, they ignored it and took more money from my account. It took a very very long time and too many complaints before I got my account cancelled and my money back. Reviewed on: 6th May 2016

Useful website to check your credit report

I have had the credit check tracking option for many years and find it very useful. They inform you when anything changes and it's easy to log in and find out what#s happened and review your credit report. I used to find it hard to navigate their website but this has improved a lot over the last couple of years. Reviewed on: 26th April 2016
