Communication

I contacted them about adding extra security to my credit file. They responded within 48 hrs, and explained that I could add a password to my file, which meant that any applications for loans, credit cards etc would need this extra level of security, it wouls slow down any application I made but would wrong foot any fraudster trying to apply for finance using my ID Reviewed on: 14th May 2017

Easy to use

Useless

Complete waste of time.....the details they provided to allegedly confirm my identity were absolute rubbish......a list of telephone providers that I've never used.......if that's an example of the accuracy of their service, avoid at all costs. Reviewed on: 5th May 2017

Couldn't care less about the customer

Not enough value for money

Good but too complicated

I signed up and it's okay. I saw my credit score but didn't really understand a lot of what I was looking at. I would say it's good though Noodle is easier. Experian is definitely better than Equifax though Reviewed on: 5th September 2016
