Fantastic bank

I moved to First Direct via their website. I didn't need to visit a branch. They changed my account over using the 7-day-switchover and everything went smoothly. I love how I telephone and I get through to an actual person. No pressing numbers for different departments and no foreign call centres or getting disconnected. They also provide an overdraft without any charges. I'm so grateful. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2017

Worthy winner

Fantastic customer service from this fab bank

An absolutely first class bank!

Excellent Service Every Time

I have used First Direct for many years, their online banking with my current account is excellent, I like the way they have very good security, but most of all I like that when you ring them up they always have loads of time for you. You really feel that your query is important, they will always go that extra step to ensure you are happy and sorted. I have recommended them to family and friends and after having bad service at other banks prior to moving here, I can honestly say I would not move. Reviewed on: 8th January 2017
