A proper helping hand

I don't often ring the bank - I reckon if I keep my head down they'll not notice my occasional financial indescretions - but when I do ring, I always get a courteous response. They've helped me out of many a hole and I've never had any cause to complain about the people, the website or the service in general. Well done, First Direct. Reviewed on: 13th January 2016

Excellent experience since switching- do it you won't be disappointed!!

I switched to first direct after 20 odd years with another bank and several poor experiences. Initially I was drawn in by the cash offered to switch but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service. Switching was unbelievably simple and went smoothly thanks to the customer service at first direct. Both telephone and Internet banking are made easy and convenient. I've since set up savings with first direct. If you're feeling unappreciated and undervalued by your current bank or you're fed up with poor service then vote with your feet and switch! Best Bank There is

Switched to FD a year ago and have no regrets. £125 for switching and a £250 interest free overdraft. Was that impressed I switched my joint account to FD also. Reviewed on: 28th December 2015
