Should be easier

I have been with FD almost since inception ands whilst not being trouble free most issues have been sorted quickly and amicably. General banking experience has to be five stars but FD is let down by it's Ap' and online banking interface. Ap' is somewhat limited and the online Log-in is so complex rendering it useless to me. But the phone banking is as good as ever. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
