Great customer service but app needs improvement/!

Always received excellent customer service,however the app is often difficult to navigate and not user friendly. Reviewed on: 4th April 2022

Fantastic Service and good app

I switched to First Direct around 12 months ago. The switch was very straightforward and communications excellent. Very good online banking app. I have used the customer service helpline and received an excellent service. Reviewed on: 4th April 2022

Fab First Direct

Very happy

Always there for you

Good telephone banking service

Amazing customer service

Great bank and customer service
