Simple but effective

Although they lack high street locations they have the best customer service available and you can use the post office to pay in cheques etc Reviewed on: 22nd November 2019

Great online and on phone

I like getting through to someone at any time of the day or night who can immediately help. And, once through the necessary internet security log-on, the online site is easy and efficient to use. PS - their 7% regular saver account is very good, too! Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Excellent bank

No quarms

Been with first direct for a few years ago now, I think the gave me £100 for switching and they don’t charge me the couple of times I’ve hit the overdraft in my first account, cannot argue. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Easy to open account

Easy to open account and manage online or by phone. Also good customer service and no waiting in a queue for phone call to be answered, I got straight through to a very helpful person who resolved my query quickly. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Backdated Updates
