Easy switch and great App

Excellent bank

No quarms

Been with first direct for a few years ago now, I think the gave me £100 for switching and they don’t charge me the couple of times I’ve hit the overdraft in my first account, cannot argue. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Easy to open account

Easy to open account and manage online or by phone. Also good customer service and no waiting in a queue for phone call to be answered, I got straight through to a very helpful person who resolved my query quickly. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Always there

Every time I try to contact First Direct, I alway get through with minimal rings and a cheery helpful person on the other end. That person firstly listens to what I am trying to ask, clarifies it and then proceeds to answer in the most easy to understand way. This is true for all my 1st account queries.
