Simple but effective

Good telephone banking service

Amazing customer service

Great bank and customer service

Failing Customer Service

I've been a first direct customer for 30 years, and the quality of customer service has declined over the last 5 years. I couldn't report a fraudulent transaction via their website/app and when I called them I was out on hold for 10 minutes and then cut off 3 times before I eventually managed to report the transaction. First in Class

I've banked with First Direct for approx 10yrs and I ahve never had any complaints. I'm confident my bank account and cards are secure using First Direct. I can speak to real people anytime of day & their customer service is consistently excellent.
