Easy to use and reliable

Found it really easy to use, good app and when you need to speak to someone you can easily get through to a friendly human quickly. Great bank

I have never had any issues with First Direct bank. Their app works good, as does their online banking service. Reviewed on: 21st January 2022

Perfect for online banking

As almost every physical bank in my area no longer exists I have found First Direct, being online only, ideal for my needs. I can access my account instantly and move my money around just as I want. If this option was not open to me I would have to drive 15 miles in any direction to undertake such activities. Reviewed on: 20th January 2022
