Great digital bank

One the few occasions I've had to call, they've been great, but the real step up has been in digital where more and more features are available for me to do what I need to do, when I need to do it. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

Smooth Operator

Over the years I have switched banks trying to find one that truly meets my needs. Since joining I have nothing but praise for FD. Their customer service is truly outstanding, given my advancing age and poor it skills, they helped set me up with mobile banking the patient and systematic way has built my confidence and now manage current account, savings accounts with other providers as well as my stocks and shares isa all on mobile apps due to the solid foundation started with FD. Second to None

I have been with First Direct for approximately 25 years. During that time, their customer service has been exemplary.
