24 Hour Access, Friendly Staff

I've never had a bad experience with First Direct. My call is usually answered within a few minutes, even during peak hours. The greatest thing about FD, is 24-hour access... Unlike other banks where you have to rely on branch opening times, FD can be contacted anytime. I have recommended FD in the past I would do so again. Reviewed on: 21st March 2021

My Best Bank

Excellent Customer Service

Why can't all banks be as efficient as this?

I joined in the days before internet banking and was initially worried about the lack of branches, but very quickly my only regret was not moving to them years previously.
