Fair Banking

Banked with first direct for years with no problems. App is easy to use. Weekly text messages for mini statements or if gone into arranged overdraft to help manage your money better. Great customer service when you call up. Reviewed on: 12th January 2020

Always 10/10 customer service!

On the few occasions i have needed to contact my bank (First Direct), i have had nothing but the best customer service.
