First direct keep me informed without bombarding me relentlessly with emails and texts. They inform of product offerings, statements and interest rate changes in periodic and timely fashion. Support to a nomadic lifestyle

I’ve lived quite a nomadic life over the past 40 years, living and working primarily in SE Asia and Europe. Banking was always problematic until First Direct appeared on the scene. It was the first bank that gave me the support I desired. Its customer service and security has been second to none. I still use this bank as my primary current account in the UK but combine its excellent facilities with Revolut to add an extra layer of security whilst travelling. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025
