Excellent. Easy to use online banking, supported by friendly, efficient 24/7 phone banking. I have been with First direct for years and have never had a less than 1st rate experience. I seldom think about my bank as it does what I need day to day, and I can quickly contact staff via a phone call if I need information or advice. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2025

Highly reccomend.

Can chat online,or on phone.Always pleasant,patient,very helpful.Feel safe and secure with this bank.I am retired.Very helpful.They do the 2 step code,if there s anything amiss.Also voice recognition.Would highly reccomend.Have saving accounts there too.Good interest rate if you fix for a year.
