My credit isn't the best, but yet first response were still able to over me a great product and work we me. Team are super friendly and helpful. Whenever I have had to contact them, the person has always been very helpful and professional. The last time I called was to get a finance settlement figure, the lady was extremely helpful even advising me that if I found a new car that I could deal directly with them without going via the car dealer. This is something I wasn't aware of, as an existing company they may be able to get me a better rate. Will definately try them when I find my next car. Reviewed on: 11th August 2022
