Absolutely Amazing Finance Company!

I can not recommend this company high enough I would give ten stars if I could. They are professional but also down to earth. I had a few bad years in my credit history but when I explained about the issues I'd had they understood and gave me a chance. More than any other finance company would have done. Leap of faith!

I have a poor credit rating owing to financial issues following a relationship breakdown so, when my faithful old car finally gave up I was really concerned about obtaining car finance for a new one. Having been introduced to First Response by my car dealer, I was so impressed by the way in which they worked with the car dealer to assess my position and offer me a realistic affordable loan which enabled me to purchase my a beautiful, reliable low mileage cream mini. THE BEST

Helpful and understanding during good and especially in bad times. I was on reduced payments due to redundancy and covid on 2 /3 times they said ok.When working on minimum wages car needed major repair.Rang them about loan said yes money in bank next day.And when car was wrote off.worked with us quickly to get new family car.Infact got new car before hire was picked up.Excellent.And thank you again for help and service on my 3 agreements (cars) and 1(loan)) Reviewed on: 24th July 2022
