My Van broke down , needed a car looked online for a car ,found a car wanted the car searched for a company who "would" finance the car could not find anyone as the car had gone through depreciation , I contacted the garage ,who then put me onto First Response Finance who got me into the car i wanted, done all the necessary paper work, job done driving the car i wanted ,& i was not advised or forced to find a younger model to force more money out of my pocket they very much considered my affordability ! They simply accepted my choices ! Thankyou Now as time as gone by i have fallen into difficulties unable to afford the car at the present moment due to ill health these guys at first response still continue to help those that need it , I very much appreciate there efforts & continued support ! To sum it up, had an issue with the car, went with the advise of 1st response, garage tampered with car, got told by 1st response I shouldn't have done what they advised me, took advise from trading standards, 1st response told me they were wrong, ultimately went with garages side. Throughout it was clear the staff didn't read the notes. When I got the car back it was missing the spare tyre and badge. It effected me a lot which is why I didn't take it further. Further mental health training needed. Reviewed on: 13th August 2021

The service I got from First response finance was amazing. They helped me get car finance when I was refused elsewhere. I was talked through the whole process, it was simple & very quick. I would definitely use them again for future car finance. They are also on hand to discuss any vehicle issues. Reviewed on: 13th August 2021

Helpful and understanding, willing to listen and help resolve issues, helped me with getting a car but I had issues with the seller and the advisor from first response finance called the seller and resolved the issues, a god send when your a single female with no knowledge of the car industry and not confident in resolving those sorts of issues. I have been using this company for years now, you can always depend on them they are here to help. Looked for a motorbike give them a ring and literally two hours later the bike was mine. Now that's good customer service!!!. Reviewed on: 13th August 2021
