No worries

I had searched for a specific type of vehicle early one year and couldn't find one suitable immediately, first response kept my details on file until I found the correct one for me. When I found a small problem with the DPF and warning light came on, customer service contacted the dealership prompting the issue to be fixed as it had warranty. Understanding and very helpful team.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. After being unable to work during lockdown and being self employed so unable to benefit from the furlough scheme, first response finance were very understanding and helped me make arrangements to accommodate my financial situation without fuss or pressure.
