Simple and clear from the start

Payments

I spoke to FRF and couldn't have been happier, I struggled with only one of my payments during the COVID pandemic and they were able to allow me to leave one payment and pay it at a later date. It took a huge weight off of my shoulders. They couldn't have been any more helpful telling me not to worry and if it needed to happen again then to call them and they would do what they could!!
