I had given up hope of getting finance when I chanced upon a First Response Finance advert online. They were brilliant. I had a car within a week even with my awful credit history. I would recommend to anyone with or without a dodgy credit score. Reviewed on: 13th August 2021

The service is and has always been very simple from the end users perspective but having sat in the showroom with the dealers waiting for payment it’s a great service for them also. Swift payment and courteous team. On my second use of their products I was offered finance again but the repayment was a little high. I challenged back politely outlining zero late or missed payments over nearly three years and they moved the payment to a better rate which sealed the business. They listened and this stopped me shopping elsewhere. Always polite people on the other end of the phone and made me feel like a human being not a sun prime customer. Reviewed on: 13th August 2021
