The advisors for first response are amazing, they are very reassuring and find a suitable payment plan to suit your needs. Have to say they were the best company to listen to any financial problems due to covid and people being furloughed. Will use again and highly recommend to anyone in need!! I had given up hope of getting finance when I chanced upon a First Response Finance advert online. They were brilliant. I had a car within a week even with my awful credit history. I would recommend to anyone with or without a dodgy credit score. Reviewed on: 13th August 2021

The service is and has always been very simple from the end users perspective but having sat in the showroom with the dealers waiting for payment it’s a great service for them also. Swift payment and courteous team. On my second use of their products I was offered finance again but the repayment was a little high. I challenged back politely outlining zero late or missed payments over nearly three years and they moved the payment to a better rate which sealed the business. They listened and this stopped me shopping elsewhere. Always polite people on the other end of the phone and made me feel like a human being not a sun prime customer. Reviewed on: 13th August 2021
