Able to get decent finance when I couldn't from elsewhere

Due to a not great credit score, I couldn't get a decent affordable finance for my car, the car dealer put a request in to first response finance and I was able to get a really great deal and affordable finance for my car. Great service from First Response. Reviewed on: 13th August 2021

Life savers

I have a real bad credit history. Thought I’d try my luck as my chips where down and my van had broke beyond repair. So helpful over the phone and called back super quick, I had a decision within the hour and was shocked to find I’d been excepted. With that I picked the car up the next day, saved my job for sure as I was able to travel about again. Reviewed on: 13th August 2021

Poor customer service, won't help when you need it

Have been with them for 2 years now and never missed a payment, rang up over covid for one holiday payment and instantly got turned down. House was self isolating so had no paperwork for this apart from a text which they wouldn't accept as proof. Don't care about personal support as long as they get there money.
