I have had three cars on finance with first response ..this last vehicle CNN I had problems with a dealership getting repairs done the we will ring you back tactics and he’s not in at the minute ….first response stepped in and have given me peace of mind …I would highly recommend them to everyone Reviewed on: 13th August 2021

Fantastic customer experience

Easy car finance with bad credit and not all my fault. A repetitive from fist response finance call me up going though all my finances and credit history making sure I could afford the car finance payment plan , going on there payment palns was very versatile can choose how many months I want to pay to adjust the amount that I am abke to afford and they have a portal to use so if u wish to pay extra to help reduce the Intrest you can also do this. I have financed 8 cars now with first response over the last 14 years they have always gone above and beyond to tailor me the right finance package to suit my needs and the customer service in second to none and they have always gone out there way to help me over problems ive had and there a company that strives in making there customers happy and meeting there needs I wouldint go no were else Reviewed on: 13th August 2021
