I had searched for a specific type of vehicle early one year and couldn't find one suitable immediately, first response kept my details on file until I found the correct one for me. When I found a small problem with the DPF and warning light came on, customer service contacted the dealership prompting the issue to be fixed as it had warranty. Changing the date of direct debit was also so easy and a friendly experience, Many many thanks first response! Reviewed on: 16th August 2021

I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. After being unable to work during lockdown and being self employed so unable to benefit from the furlough scheme, first response finance were very understanding and helped me make arrangements to accommodate my financial situation without fuss or pressure. I have been useing firstresponce for over 12 years and 4/5 cars later we still get the same exacting service as if it was the first time. I recomend them to all that ask weres best to get car finance. Reviewed on: 16th August 2021

Treated me like a human for once

The guys and girls and first response were very professional, polite, helpful and above all respectful. I was a paramedic but had to give up work due to a major motorbike crash which nearly took my life, but ruined my credit due to not being able to work. They got me the best rate they could and treat me like a human for once instead of other finance companies just looking at your numbers. I would honestly recommend anyone to try first response finance but that said only do it if your comfortable you can afford it, don't get higher in debt just to have a posh new car, kitchen, extension ect.
