Great customer service

I was looking for a car upgrade as my current was too small and I needed something bigger as I recently had a baby. After months of searching, First Response Finance accepted my finance, and their service was beyond outstanding. Very easy to get in touch with, no long wait times to talk to someone. Great company that listens.

I had terrible credit, needed a car for work. I thought I had no chance after many failed applications. When I spoke to first response finance they actually spoke to me and got a feel for my finances. Withing a week I was driving. Very fair company

I took out car finance with first response and can honestly say the company is brilliant, I got behind with my payments during the pandemic and they arranged a payment plan for me, they looked into what I could afford at that time and worked with me to sort something that would mean I would struggle further.They where friendly and non judgemental, overall a good company.
