Very fair company

I took out car finance with first response and can honestly say the company is brilliant, I got behind with my payments during the pandemic and they arranged a payment plan for me, they looked into what I could afford at that time and worked with me to sort something that would mean I would struggle further.They where friendly and non judgemental, overall a good company. Best customer experience to date

I currently have a vehicle with this company and I’ve had enough things happen to myself, however FRF have checked up on my progress with the vehicle, been lenient towards my payments and also have been nothing but attentive! Car Finance made easy

I had just passed my test when my car broke down,I had recently separated so didnt have the money to buy a new car out right and my credit rating wasn't very good....but First Response took a chance on me and the whole process was easy and the team where amazing,they saved the day and ment I had a car to able to take my kids to appointments without having to stress on how I was getting them there etc Reviewed on: 13th August 2021
