Treated me like a human for once

The guys and girls and first response were very professional, polite, helpful and above all respectful. I was a paramedic but had to give up work due to a major motorbike crash which nearly took my life, but ruined my credit due to not being able to work. They got me the best rate they could and treat me like a human for once instead of other finance companies just looking at your numbers. I would honestly recommend anyone to try first response finance but that said only do it if your comfortable you can afford it, don't get higher in debt just to have a posh new car, kitchen, extension ect. Amazing, helpful and committed

First response were patient and efficient when dealing with my car finance after I suffered a car crash with my previous car. Customer service was impeccable and the waiting response time was super quick. Easy, Clear process, Patient, understanding staff..

I Have always been cautious when applying for finance on a vehicle due to a less than perfect credit history, but had no choice due to my car failing suddenly - essential for my work! so because of this, I had no end of questions and concerns at the beginning of the process. the staff I spoke to were friendly, patient, clear and honest, putting me at ease and at no point did I feel pressured or mislead, a feeling i'd come to know all too well previously. the application went through successfully and I got a car from a reputable dealer, there was a fast pay out by first response (within 24hours!) meaning I was back on the road quickly! The APR is less than desirable unfortunately, but understandable given my credit report. they have given me a chance to prove my credit worthiness and most importantly kept me on the road.
