Lovely customer service

I went to purchase a car from a dealership who use first response finance. Due to the current Covid situation and because I work in aviation, I found it hard to get finance but first response asked me a few questions and trusted what I said to them. The guy I spoke to was lovely and within a few days I had the money to be able to purchase the car. Thank you first response finance. Reviewed on: 13th August 2021

When my life changed I was left in a bit of a situation! First response finance were able to help me where others probably wouldn't have. They were also very friendly and the process was easy. I still have the vehicle, love it and am able to make the repayments, safe in the knowledge my credit score is improving again and I have the car I want! I also know I can contact them in the future to change my car etc etc. Reviewed on: 13th August 2021
